I was pleased to speak in support of SB 1058 in Harrisburg this week. This legislation protects taxpayers in Allegheny County, their jobs, and families by stopping the crushing electricity tax that would be imposed by the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
It is critical that we implement responsible environmental policy. I look forward to working with my colleagues to protect our environment with policy that protects jobs and does not circumvent the legislative process.

Doorless driving is officially legal in Pennsylvania! I am so thrilled that my legislation, Senate Bill 298, was signed into law recently as Act 61 of 2024. This bill aligns our Commonwealth with the rest of the country while adhering to logistical and safety standards important to both residents and law enforcement.
I am grateful for the bipartisan, bicameral support that helped this bill reach the finish line. Time to take off those doors and enjoy! Safe travels.

Meet Devlin Robinson
Robinson was elected to the 37th Senatorial District in 2020. His legislative priorities include: lowering and reforming tax codes; assisting and honoring veterans, first responders and law enforcement; supporting small businesses; and enhancing manufacturing and labor opportunities. He has had eight bills signed into law.
